While quality is our utmost priority at GlacierFresh, we understand that sometimes items can be defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered. In these specific cases, we offer a 30-day returns policy—allowing you to request a return and refund within 30 days of receiving your item. Please read below for more information:
1)Submit Request:
Please contact our Customer Service Team directly for support with your return request (support@glacierfresh.com). The following details should be included in your email:
-Order number
-Shipping list
-Attached photos of the outside packaging*
-An explanation of the reason for your return
-Attached photos clearly showing evidence of the damaged/faulty item**
*If the outside package is damaged, this circumstance is unfortunately not covered by the warranty. In the case you still wish to return the item, there will be a 20% deduction of your total. Refund.
**Please attach a maximum of 3 images (jpg, .gif, .png file formats), each no larger than 2MB in size.
2)Receive Approval:
Once our customer service team has received, reviewed, and approved your request, we will notify you by email of instructions for returning your item—along with a return shipping label for either FedEx or USPS. Please note that items sent back to us without an approved request unfortunately cannot be accepted, and each request is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
3)Receive A Refund:
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email about the approval of the refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please bear in mind it can take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
