Damaged Goods Policy

At Glacier Fresh, quality control is an absolute priority. However, in the case you receive a damaged item, defective product, or an incorrect shipment, we offer a full refund and cover shipping fees for requests submitted within 3 days of the delivery date. For more information about our damaged goods policy*, please read below: 

Damaged Goods

If you have received a damaged product, please inform us within 3 days of the delivery via our Contact Us page. Select “Existing Orders - Damaged Shipments” from the dropdown menu, and please attach a required image of the product in its original shipping box. Our customer service will review your request promptly. 

Incorrect Shipment

If you have received an incorrect product, please inform us within 3 days of the delivery via our Contact Us page. Select “Existing Orders - I Received an Incorrect Order” from the dropdown menu, and please attach a required image of the product in its original shipping box. Our customer service team will review your request shortly. 

Defective Products

If you have received a defective product, please contact us by selecting “Existing Orders - Defective Products” from the dropdown menu of our Contact Us page. One of our customer service representatives will be in touch with you shortly. 

Once they are able to confirm the defect, we will either deliver a replacement part for you or we will exchange the defective product for a new one. Defects are covered by Glacier Fresh or the manufacturer of the product.
*This policy applies to the purchase of products through glacierfresh.com (the "Site"). This policy is subject to change at the sole discretion of Glacier fresh Filters LLC, without prior written notice at any time. 

The latest version of this policy will be posted on this Site and is effective immediately from the time of posting. The most recent date of any policy revision will be shown at the top of this page.
