Shipping Charges & Delivery Estimates

For the shipping charges of your specific orders, we calculate and display this during your checkout. In the case of any significant shipment delays, our customer service team will be in touch with you.

1) Standard Shipping: an estimated 6-8 business days

2) Express Shipping: an estimated 2-4 business days

Handling Time

It takes an estimated 1-2 business days for us to prepare your order in our US warehouse. While most packages are shipped within 24 hours, it may take a little longer during holidays and weekends.

Track Your Order

For your confirmed order, tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped. Alternatively, please visit our “Orders Details” page for your account to view your tracking information.

Shipping Areas

We deliver our products to all 46 states in America. Please note that areas such as Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii are not covered by us. We unfortunately do not provide international shipping.

Shipping Carriers

Your order’s safe and quick delivery is of the utmost importance to us. We work with carriers including UPS, FedEx, and Amazon Logistics US to make sure you receive your tracked order on time.
